How can I know the status of my order?

Your order is expected to reach you within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) of your order confirmation, depending on the delivery location. What are the charges for shipping?

All orders above Rs.600 are shipped free of cost!

Can I change my shipping details?

We encourage you to ensure that the shipping address is correct before you place the order. In case you need to make changes after you have placed the order, please write to us at hello@snapmojo.in within 12 hours of placing an order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order should reach to you within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been dispatched. The order delivery time may vary based on your location.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, as of now we have not started shipping overseas. We are working on it and will start shipping internationally soon. Delivery is available across India!

How do I create an account?

Account creation with SnapMojo is super easy. Once you enter your email address, an account is already created for you! Check your emai for more details.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Once you have an account with SnapMojo, you can get special discounts, refer friends and earn coupons, save delivery addresses and stay updated with latest offers!

What file format of photos is supported?

All pictures clicked by your phone and in your phone gallery are supported. You can whatsapp us or email us the photographs on the provided email address after you complete the order and make your payment.

How do I know if my photo is good enough for the size I am printing?

Relax! We are here to help you at every step of your SnapMojo journey. We resize /crop the photos according to the required size. All you have to do is pick up your phone and share the photos as they are

How do I place an order?

Ordering on SnapMojo is easy AF. All you have to do is open the website, select the product of your choice, place an order and send photos on the provided number or mail ID after you make the payment and complete your order. Similarly, you can add multiple products in your cart. Now sit tight and wait for your beautiful prints to reach you.

Can I edit my order after placing it once?

In order to provide you timely delivery, we start working as soon as we receive your order. However, if there is a slight change in your order, you can get in touch with one of our executives on call or WhatsApp at +91 9717574002 or email us athello@snapmojo.in and we will take care of the rest!

Can I cancel my order?

We are eager to deliver your memories at your doorstep at the earliest. To ensure timely delivery our system starts processing the order as soon as you finish placing the order. Due to this we do not accept cancellation of orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept multiple forms of payment. You can pay using your debit/credit cards, Paytm or opt for cash on delivery!

Is it possible for me to return my order?

Sorry! Every product is customized according to your preferences, and thus can’t be returned. However, we assure you, you will be extremely happy with the SnapMojo experience.
